A package for a champagne bottle
We designed the shape based on the package which was given from the customer.
The external appearance and corrugating medium are all black, but when you open the box, you will find red inside.
Top surface are cut out the shape which suits to circumference of bottle.
To fix the bottle in place, a base which has a hole to hold the bottle is inserted into the package.
Also, in order not to open the lid, crosscut plank is hold both the pedestal and reinforcing plate attached to the outside.
We had difficulty to design size.
We designed in order not to open the lid as above, but it was difficult to achieve an overlap of the top surface and oblique cut of crosscut plank, and there was some space when the top was closed.
We made some preproduction samples but could not solve the problem. We were not quite satisfied with it, but we had to move ahead because of delivery deadline.
After delivery, we received next order. Therefore, we made adjustment about top surface and size of height in 0.5mm, which solved the problem of the gap without revising wood pattern.
As we could solve the problem without revising wood pattern, our customer was satisfied with it and gave us praise as “this improvement without revise was amazing! True professional!!”
Wedding kit
Body structure is simple, but it looks high-class by making all kinds efforts to materials. Texture and shinny on the surface are beautiful.
There are a lot of additional goods such as DVD, binder and ribbon.
Both the customer and we make preparations of what we can do each other.
At our factory, we provided V-cut and punching.
Normally, square type box is cut by cardboard cutter. However, the customer got worried about burr at the sample steps. Therefore, we proposed cutting process and it was adopted after having submitted preproduction sample.
Constructing this package requires a lot of time, because of all the inserts included.
However, the finished product won the admiration of the customer and they were happy with it.
